Sue Goodman
Sue began her career in hotel management and meeting planning in South Africa before relocating to San Diego, California.
Upon arriving in San Diego, she joined a luxury beachfront resort, where she spent seven years as the Catering Sales & Wedding Manager. Building on this experience, Sue went on to launch her own business as a Meeting and Wedding Planner. Her meticulous attention to detail, exceptional interpersonal skills, and ability to design exquisite events proved invaluable as she focused on conferences, special events, automotive launches, and incentive programs across the country.

With over two decades of international hospitality experience, Kristy brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to her role as Senior Corporate Catering Sales Manager at Fairmont Grand Del Mar. Her career spans luxury hotels, exclusive resorts, and world-renowned lodges across the United States, New Zealand, Africa and the Caribbean.

With nearly a decade of experience at the company, I have built a well-rounded career spanning San Francisco, Chicago, and now San Diego. I began my journey in San Francisco, where I developed a strong foundation in hospitality and event execution, then continued in Chicago, honing my skills while managing diverse events in a fast-paced, large-scale market. Born and raised in the coastal community of Carlsbad in San Diego, Kelly is a dedicated hospitality professional with a decade of experience across luxury hotels and restaurants. Before joining the Catering and Events team at Fairmont Grand Del Mar, she honed her expertise with Four Seasons in San Diego and Atlanta, focusing on creative marketing activations and distinctive food and beverage programming.
