Begin your reset with an inspiring hike through scenic trails that wind through Los Peñasquitos Canyon. Surrounded by native flora, fresh air, and sweeping canyon views, this movement-based meditation invites you to reconnect with the rhythms of nature—and yourself.
60-Minute Meditation Massage This transformative treatment includes restorative vibroacoustic meditation, color therapy and compression massage designed to decrease muscle tension and calm the nervous system. Compression massage is performed over linens while sound meditation is delivered through headset featuring Welnamis hydrotherapy technology.
Binaural Vibroacoustic Meditation in the Recovery Lounge
Unplug and re-align with Welnamis Therapy, a multi-sensory meditation experience that blends binaural sound therapy with synchronized vibrations. Designed to slow brainwave activity and calm the body’s energy systems, this innovative session helps relieve stress, improve sleep, and foster emotional resilience—leaving you feeling centered, light, and renewed.
