Imagine an exquisite cocktail pairing dinner set against the lush backdrop of Los Peñasquitos Canyon at Fairmont Grand Del Mar. The evening begins with a refreshing aperitif, inspired by elements from the canyon. Each dish, crafted with locally sourced ingredients, is paired with a cocktail that echoes the flavors of the surrounding landscape. The tranquil sounds of the canyon enhance the connection between the meal, cocktails, and environment, creating an unforgettable culinary experience that celebrates our surroundings. This is Canyon to Coupe.
