Set beneath the stars at Grand Social at Fairmont Grand Del Mar, this lively after party is hosted by restaurateur and Food Network personality Chef Michael Voltaggio, who will be mixing cocktails from his Macardo 28 Tequila brand. He is joined by co-hosts San Diego Wave FC, bringing their signature energy and star power to the evening.

This festive night features an all-star lineup of chefs serving up creative spins on the ultimate crowd-pleaser: chicken. From elevated poultry dishes to chicken adobo and irresistible fried chicken, enjoy bites by Chef Bryn McArthur, Executive Chef at Fairmont Grand Del Mar; Kelsey Murphy, Food Network personality; Travis Swikard of Callie; and Emily Brubaker, recent Hell’s Kitchen champion and Executive Chef at Omni La Costa Resort & Spa. Local favorites including Crack Shack, Lia’s Lumpia, and more round out the flavorful lineup.

Pair your bites with wines from Magna Carta Cellars (Napa), Santa Barbara Winery, Volatus Winery (Paso Robles), canned cocktails from Grill’n Time, or craft cocktails by Fierce & Kind. With bold flavors, spirited company, and an unbeatable setting, CluckFest is the ultimate nightcap.
