Memorial Day Weekend

Pairings don’t get any better than a burger and a beer—except when they come with views of the action at the 18th hole. Join us every Saturday at Clubhouse Grill from 11:00 am to close for a burger and a beer for $25 (plus tax and gratuity). 

Whether it’s a smoothie from Cent’Anni Café or pancakes from Amaya, kids can enjoy delicious eats across the resort.  Visit Grand Sweets at the Resort Pool and enjoy creative creations with toppings for everyone, adults can even indulge in a boozy float. Plus, with our Children’s Dining Program kids five and under eat free and kids 6-12 years eat for 50% off when ordering from Amaya’s comfort menu with an adult guest. 

Indulge in classic afternoon tea with a Southern California twist. Enjoy a selection of finger sandwiches prepared with exceptional local ingredients, accompanied by traditional tea scones, and an array of cakes and pastries, all complemented by champagne, specialty teas, and coffee.

The Lobby Lounge at Fairmont Grand Del Mar blends the lavish splendor of Italian palazzos with the natural grandeur of Los Peñasquitos Canyon Preserve in three distinct spaces designed for intimate gatherings. As evening descends, head to the bar for craft cocktails and conviviality surrounded by a mural of the majestic canyon or savor a single malt whiskey in the cultured atmosphere of the Library.
